This guy with an accent called me saying there is a legal case a***nst me for tax evation. He identified himself as Spencer Rankin badge ID # 40599. This phone number appears as a cell phone And when I tried calling them back at 347-539-8*** they answered after the 3rd ring. That's unheard of. If you try and contact the IRS number in the internet it is close impossible to try and reach someone.

Called me 3x in a span of 2 minutes, maybe to emphasize that this is an "important" call. Left a message saying he's from IRS and that a case has been filed a***nst me.
