They're scammers...do not give them the time of day.

I've received three calls from these people.  One being at 6 am this morning!  They're looking for someone who used me a reference and claimed to be from [nonunderstandable] Crime Investigation and that they have legal action a***nst this person.  No idea if I should try to call them back but if they call me a***n at 6am I just may look into that air horn idea.  I would just block them from calling my cellphone but the call from an unknown number.  Yay.

I got a call from 347-584-4980.  Left a message said they were trying to get in touch with me several times (not true) and I had to call TODAY to get my name off this debt before it went to court.  I don't owe any one money so it seemed like a scam.  I did not call back.  What kind of company does not have a 800 #?
