The collar claims to be from the investigations department of the Internal Revenue Service. They have a pretty thick British accent and are ****led in their s***ch. They tell you that there's a criminal investigation upon you and that you need to call them back before there's any trouble. Like the IRS would be calling you to contact you about an investigation on their Cell Phone! They also called my google number, which is what I apply to stuff with - not the number filed on my taxes.
