Asked for my husband on my cell phone??? Left a message that she received a package in her office and said he must call immediately. Said to mention a case number...The call was ****led and sounded like she was saying so****ing about legal action out of state??

Candace has called twice saying I am going to be receiving some do***ents and to be available between 4-5. Also to have two forms of ID available. Oh…and to make sure to call back if they have any information wrong (so I can give them the correct current info). All the information they had on me was from 20 years ago. Dumpster divers.

Needed to talk to my ex wife from the 1980's about her case.

Candice has been calling all this week about a legal matter. It seems she will be sending some to my work between the hours of 4 and 5. I am not sure how they got the last four of my SSN. I finally just blocked them on my phone-let's see how long before they use another number. I had the same issue happen to me several years ago and that ****ey Mouse operation was from Chicago.

She was going to have papers delivered to my place of work regarding an account that had been taken care of through a Chapter 13 bankruptcy almost 5 years ago.

Very polite, provided do***ents. Called to let me know delinquent on credit card and helped me with options.

Calling to serve summons

"This is Candice Taylor. I'm contacting from APS calling regards to an order that was received here in my office. I need to speak with you immediately concerning this matter." They not only called me directly, but also contacted my mother and my sister to leave the same message about me.

Said she was calling about an order that she received at her office today and that she needed to speak to me immediately concerning the matter. She gave me a reference number and said I had a right to dispute this matter outside of a legal city. Then said "good luck".

Calling from APS? Said someone was coming to serve me papers between 12 and 5 and first stopping at my place of employment and I would need a witness to sign. Never states what APS is, what it stands for or what it is in regards to. Tells me I can settle outside of legal matters. No thank you. Spam.

Calling from APS regarding an order. Didn’t identify the name of the company just that I was to contact her directly to avoid legal action. I have no idea who this person is or what her company represents.
