Today I was notified by Danial Wilson, yes****ay it was Danial Olsen telling me I am being sued for an outstanding dept I owe. He was not able to give me any details regarding this dept when asked. The only response I got from him was he wanted $865 right now to settle or I am in very very big trouble and just as Dina explained, he had a very strong Indian accent and sounded like a india call center. There was a lot of noise in the back ground. I did a reverse phone check on this number he left me on voice mail,

Says his name is James Matthews says he is suing me and they want to serve me has my address my ssn and such, asked for an address so my employer can send a letter letting them know not to call me at work and he said on friday 2/19 that he was calling from ithaca new york and today when my boss did talk to them to tell them to stop calling me here James Matthews with a thick Indian accent said to her just you listen I am calling from tampa florida and all you hear in the back round is people talking like it is an india call center. I have asked repeatedly for an address and for so****ing to be mailed to me but no such luck. I have contacted the ftc about it and now I will let them know they gave me a complete different story about where they are at.

I LOVE you ID of harassing the harasser, so I am going to try the abbyme.com site.I've been harassed by these a** holes for over 4 yrs at my work. They somehow have bought or hacked into my cell phone service and gotten my number,my sisters and my fiancee's!! (They are all under my acct), They've threatened me, and I'm SICK OF IT! I would think that the government would be able to do so****ing. When I spoke to the local police dept they told me its probably an internet phone line out of the country, and thats why they haven't been able to do anything with it. B/c by the time they get a warrant and have someone go the where that number is registered, they've already packed up and moved on.Whats sad, is how many ppl have been scared and just given them money??! I've BEGGED them to take me to court, I'd love to get this over with if its legit. I had a loan with a 'debt doctor' but I paid my dues with them, and they continued to harass me .,they try to scare me with having my social and drivers license number, and threaten me and even my boss! I'm sick of it and ready for someone to do so****ing!

okay guys i have been calling this number all day. and i will continue to harass them, just as they harass us.  if nothing legal can happen to them, let's fix this ourselves.  when you call BLOCK YOUR NUMBER. and call them whenever you have a free opportunity.  hopefully if enough peole call them they will back down.

he called my home and said we owed for a payday loan. we have never gotten one.he said if we didn't pay they would sue us. he won't mail me or fax me the company name or anything else unless I pay him first THE MAN IS ****** he isn't getting one cent from me.called an attorney and he said they have to show you paperwork if they won't it is a SCAM.

DO NOT give or verify any information you have or they give you.  Even if they have your personal information do not verify anything.  Tell them you have contacted your states attorney generals office and you need a physical address.  they will make up one and **** up but not before cussing you out.  Check your 3 credit reports to make sure no tricky activity is going on.  You can obtain all 3 for free by going to "annualcreditreport.com" you are en***led to a free report every year.  Just **** up. because they are most probably calling from another country they can't be traced and theres no way to stop the calls.  they use numbers 347602***6/9143737096/and caller id no 05-249-****.

This man is a fake. He called about a loan that he says took place in Jan 08, I never received any money because I am always broke in January. He was very rude and said I needed to pay $409. I asked could I get some paperwork to show this loan. He is such a scam. He seems to use several names because when I called back he did not answer to that name. He will not be getting any money from me.

I have been messing with these ****s ever since I found out they are a scam!  My wife and I went through similar stories as most of the posts here and found them to be a scam early in their process of calling us.  If you have the minutes to HARASS them by phone do it (MAKE SURE TO DIAL *67 BEFORE THE NUMBER TO BLOCK YOUR NUMBER)!!!!  Just tie them up with calls and it sure ****es them off.  I've been telling them everything from "I know where they live and I'm comng for them" to "I am a bounty ***ter and I am going to rip their heads off and %$#* down their throat" (I have called them ***dreds off times).  I know it sound childish but it keeps them off the phones harassing others.  Also if you don't want to pay for minutes or long distance then use this website for free www.abbyme.com  you can type in anything you want the call to say and it reads it in a womans voice (it will also leave it on their message if they don't answer (weekends)).  I know they get these messages too because they have reeated the messages to me when I call them for real.  Please harass them as much as you want.  HAVE FUN!!!Just like the post above lets fight fire w/ fire

I have been dealing with these people for the last 3 days.....All I can find is they are a scam and when I told them on investigation of my own and found them to be such they have not called back....they will not let me pay by money order or cashier check they will not give me an address they will not mail me anything....they told me to call 914-373-7096 to verify debt and that number gives you a message ma****e that does not identify a bussiness of any sort and will only let you leave a message...THIS IS A BIG SCAM..... The only way to pay them is debit....credit card or money gram hmmmmm.

I also received a call from this company today. I called them back numerous times to verify their information. They would not give me their address because "many people would be mad at them and would file lawsuits a***nst them and send them lots of paperwork". I asked to talk to a supervisor and the supervisor finally gave me an address. When I tracked the address, I found it was actually the address for the Tompkins County Public Li***ry in Ithaca, NY. The phone numbers I was given for ACS are actually cell phone numbers based out of New York. When I called them back and told them the address they gave me was for a li***ry, the supervisor said they were located behind the li***ry and s****ed to yell at me. Also, everytime they don't want to answer so****ing, they say the phone is breaking up and they can't hear me.

I have received several calls similar to this.  I have Unknown Numbers blocked on my cell phone.  So they leave messages saying I have several charges a***nst my ssn#.  The caller speaks in a thick Indian accent and uses an American name--Dave.  He told me his call back number is 347-602-***6.  I was previously harrassed at work by these people.  Who can I report this to?  The caller does not leave a company name.  I know I don't owe any money for an unpaid payday loan.  I have previously told them not to call me because I know this is a scam.  The calls stopped coming on my work number for several months.  But now they have s****ed a***n on my cell.

He calls himself David Huges or even a Dale from ACS.He claims he is a debt collector and I need to pays this outstanding amount NOW, by debit card, credit card, or electronic bank draft.Calls at all times and four to five times in a row. Please get it to stop.

That I had a fraud. That someone used my name and # to reference me as a friend for a payday loan. That is completely not true. I dont even get loans!

This company keeps calling my friend trying to reach me regarding a supposed loan I owe. I don't owe anything. I'm not sure how to stop them from calling her.

I had the same call about an hour ago and they left a messege telling me that I had a judgement a***nst me with 3 serious allegations a***nst my social security number. Tried resear****g with the BBB becuase I could understand what "Josh or John Smith" was saying with his thick Indian accent. He went on to tell me to beware and if anything was to happen "badly" to me that they would not be responsible. Be careful with these individuals and makes sure to NEVER verify information because that will give them validation of the loan that you have supposedly have taken out. They called me on my job and do not know where they got my number.

I had the same call 2 times from this number. The name was Ronnie Smith and it was an important legal matter. He repeated the last 4 of my social and it WAS NOT CORRECT and my driver license was not correct according to his records, so that told me these guys are up to so****ing. I too have been plagued by these people for almost a year now.  They use various company names and the last name they gave me was Affidavit Consolidation Service.  I have had them pretend to be officers of the court and they always use American sounding names and sometimes names of celebrities.  They make claims that I have outstanding payday loans and that I will be charged with five counts of fraud or that my case goes in front of a judge the next day if I do not settle the matter with them.  I have asked many times for them to prove that I owe a debt or even give the name of the company that I supposedly owe.  They never have provided me any of that information; instead, they usually get angry and s**** insulting me, my family and Americans in general.  I have also had them **** up on my countless times when I confront them, then maybe two or three weeks later, the calls s**** a***n.  Why am I not in jail yet?  I do however have a suggestion for anyone else with the same "friends" that call me.  Let's work together and fight fire with fire and get their names and contact numbers and pass them on to as many telemarketers (or any website that asks for a phone #) as possible.  Let's clog up their phone lines every time they c****e their numbers, maybe we could even get enough people together to call them non-stop on a selected date like maybe Sa****ay 1/08/10.  I'm going to post this on other sites like this one.  Please help spread the word!

Someone by the name of Sebastion called me stating I owed money to a company. I asked for the name of the company and they told me and gave me a number of

My Indian friend's name is David Hall, I think; only understood a few words from his long message.  He is using the university phone number where I work...  glad I found this page and I will not be calling "David" back.  Since I'm in Iowa and we're expecting another big snow storm; I wish he'd come here so I could dump him head first in a snow bank!  I don't know the caller ID as there was a message left on the phone.

Claimed that I owed money on a payday loan that never took place and trying to get me to pay $800 for a loan that I never received...verified with my bank that the loan did not take place and that they were actually trying to debit money out of my account. This is a scam...

I have been getting calls from this guy for a couple months myself, always using different names and giving me different numbers. He is getting smarter because now he is giving me an actual company that is in the process of having me arrested or taken to court. I do not owe this company money nor am I sending this guy money to settle out of court. Names I have been given includes John Ricardo, Ronny Cooper and John Anderson. THIS IS A SCAM... DO NOT PROCEED WITH SENDING HIM ANY MONEY!!!

Some how these people get your name and information either off so****ing you did on line some kind of way. Since the internet only uses the last four digits of your ss# that's how they get that. Also, tell them you will report them to the Federal Trade Commission, ask them for information on why there are calling you, and the thing is these people are ususally frauds trying to get money out of you. I advise to anyone is to verify who every or what every they may say you owe money too. Ask them for phone number of this company, account numbers, and mostly ask them for a 1-800 number where you can get back to them on. Ask them to write you a letter of vertification about this company to whom you suppose to owe to. Also, do not volunteer any, any information to them about you that gives them leverage, If they suppose to be calling you on so****ing you owe than they should have all this information, which I sure they don't (been there done that). THEY ARE TELLING ME I WILL BE PICKED UP AT WORK IF I DON'T CALL BACK.  WHEN I CALL BACK, THE NUMBER ISN'T A WORKING NUMBER.  WHEN I DIAL FROM MY CELLPHONE, IT SHOWS BRONX, NY ON THE 347-602-***6 BUT WHEN I CALL THE 496-656-7520, I RECEIVE THE SAME MESSAGE BUT THE STATE OR CITY DOESN'T COME UP AT ALL...

i got a call from that same number this morning. the guy i talked to had a thick indian accent and told me his name was curtis jackson. hahaha really? isnt that 50 cent?? he said i had a lawsuit being filed a***nst me and he wouldnt give me the exact imformation of the loan details or who it was with. but unlike the other number that have called me, this one hasnt been disconnected and ive been calling and messing with them.

What in the world is this world comng to? They s****ed calling my cell phone at 8 a.m. on the dot!  I do not answer calls whose numbers I do not recognize.  This man with an Indian accent said it was a serious matter and that a lawsuit was being held a***nst me.......wow! Really?!  Thankfully I googled this number and read all of the comments.  Who or what federal agency can I report to?

Finally answered  and spoke to one rep who immediately put a "supervisor" on the phone as soon as I s****ed asking questions, "Sebastian" advised em it was impossible for the company to mail me confirmation of the so called debt. I advised him I was online and his company was only found on scam reports! His phone all of a sudden s****ed breaking up:)

347-602-***6 this same # called me about my cousin.  Not even sure how they got my # but they were trying to track my cousin down too.  The caller ID was a zero.  How we make them stop calling?

got a call from 1-347-602-***6 today.they must think i was born yes****ay!! i  have received many scam calls all summer long.  after all i have received, it is not hard to figure out which are legit and which are scams. if these nuts have all my information, then why do i need to repeat my social security  number to them and all of my other personal info?  if they have it, they would not need it!!yes, it is scary when they call,and they do rile you up but the main thing to remember is that if there is so-called "legal-action" pending a***nst you, some yahoo with a foreign accent is not    going to be calling you.  you would most likely be served with papers   at your residence.  don't beleive them,do not give them any personal  informatation!! tell  them you have an FBI tracer on you phone,     that it will be reported, and by the way, you are being recorded!! i never answer any calls that i do not recognize the phone number.  let them leave a message and DO NOT  give in to them!!if they were going to arrest you in an hour like many of them state, then they better hurry!! most super jets would take even longer to get to where you are!! also to be safe, i always look the  phone number under phone scams on the internet to see who this nut is.   usually there others who have already received calls from these scammers..the initial number shown on my cell phone was 000-000-00yes, all zeros!!!'

Called claiming I owed for a loan.  Knew all my details- SS#, DL# contacts, references, etc.I've never applied for a loan.

I do have outstanding payday loans and I am in the process of paying them off, But I think I have already been scamed on one of them already for $495 and this one was for $698, I don't have a problem paying off these loans, but I do think this is another scam. Does anyone know anything about this company. Once a***n everyone I talked to had a heavy indian accent with american names such as John Anderson. Can some one help!!!
