this person claims to be a lawyer and that they will press criminal charges if I do not call them back

Rick Rivera,****ociates himself with Delanor Kemper &****ociates. Advised if contact was not made to him within a specific amount of time the sherrifs department will serve me with do***ents. This is concerning a small debt owed to a payday loan.He has called my place of employment several times and was unwilling to work with me when I made clear that I couldn't not pay the total amount owed or half at his request. I requested to make four payments with proper do***entation confirming I'm paying a legitimate source; in response I was yelled at and the call was disconnected by Mr.Rivera. Though I need to pay this debt I do not feel it's okay to submnit a over the phone payment without legitamte do***entation. I do not appreciate being threatened with law suits and jail time.
