I periodically get a call from this number claiming to be the IRS stating that I have been named in a law suite and my social security number has been frozen. The say do not ignore this call and ask for a call back. What a major scam. Do Not respond to this call. If you have an IRS or Social Security breach or problem you will be contacted by mail.
