Got a call from a number I recognized is used by my electronic company with a message to call them to avoid disconnection. Call number they gave me some issues and sent me to the department that works with avoid disconnection. The process involved a void zelle and inwould not be charged it would be a void. A zelle was sent and 'Mike Miller" J2242 said that he would call back in 24 hours with the reversal because they need 24 hours to investigate why my payment was not applied. I put in a supposed code..and after I ***g up and called my electric company. They informed me this is so****ing they don't do as far as payment. I called fraud at my bank, I also called fraud at Bank of America. I have also called the police as well.
