Said I owed on a payday loan and I didn't even have a job...hence NO PAYDAY!

Calling repeatedly telling me I am going to jail-- calling family memebers that I am going to jail. It needs to stop!!

this guy called me at 5:20 am in the morning and when i told him what time it was he ***g up. the next day he called me at work and i told him not to call me any more and ***g up on him,and yes he is very hard to understand.

He is very rude and very threating. He demands things and claims things on my SS#. Very illegal and handles these things in a very illegal way. Breaks all Fair Credit Act Laws toward consumers. He can't even speak correct English. These people need to be stopped by all measures of the law. His number when he calls my cell appears as +00000000

he stated he awas calling from the legal department and that there was a legal matter a***nst myname and social security number.

I got the same call from my work number and I dont recall being summoned to court, or what this is about?

This guy by the name of so****ing "Martin" called saying that he was calling from company "S" so****ing(sorry but he had a very strong Indian accent and I as much as I tried I couldnt understand what he was saying) and he went on saying that this "s" company is gonna put a lawsuit a***nst me. He said to call him back right away or else he was gonna contact my references and my work. Well he did call my references and my work and told that I was being suit and I needed to reach him right away. I finally called him back and let me tell you those people are FEAR-LESS AAND VERY VERY VERY RUDE. Somehow I understood they gonna file a lawsuit a***nst me cause I requested a loan and money was put on my checking account and since I never paid back I needed to pay right away or else they gonna suit me. I told him or rather, yelled over his annoying yelling voice that I reacalled the situation and that I had applied for a loan but never got any money and that I had proof of that. I also said I needed to see everything in writing so I could have a better idea of what was going on. Then he said WELL! you either pay right now or we will see you at the courthouse and ***g up on me. Tried to call back but call would eighter get disconnected or it didnt ring. I'm really scared cause they have all of my information. Social, address, license number and where I work. Yet I know I dont have nothing to hide. So I'm calling a lawyer and my local news. Someone have to stop these people!
