Call is from a scammer claiming to be First Guard Alarm, they introduce themselves as protection services. They claim to be out of Southern California. Spoke to Zack at extension 635, a Security Specialist. Zack offered a ***nd new GE 3 in 1 wireless security system for free, all I pay is monthly monitoring cost. Zack claimed that First Guard Alarm has own cellular service, and cellular bandwidth Originally called from 347-704-3613 but gave cust service # to call back 866-884-8768.

This phone number was listed as a missed call at 1:56 pm on my mobile phone. I checked for a message but there was none.

Didn't recognize number. Picked up, s****ed to say*****o - a ma****e recorded voice said "attention" and then nothing more. It ***g up after a few seconds.
