Texted "It's Free to Save! If you would like to receive up to 15 percent discount off your Gar & Electric bills? Reply "LOWER" Reply "STOP" to opt out" When I opted out. I got a confirmation text.. Then later in the day I got another unsolicited text from a different number.

I received a spam text message on my phone today. This is the first time I remember ever being spammed by text messaged.Here's what the message said:It's Free to Save!If you would like to receive up to 15 Percent discount off your Gas & Electric bills?Reply "LOWER"Reply "STOP" to opt out

This number sent a text message to my cell phone (!) and it's offering, in the middle of Winter (early February 2010) about some discount in my utility bills for June, July and August !!!
