I had this number call my mother and leave a message and then they called me and told me that I had a cash advance loan for 300 dollars. When I told them that I wanted information mailed to me, that they needed a payment of 300 dollars before they could send it out.

caller from +000000000 eric johnson fr ACSmiddle eastern/indian accent spam calls regarding fraud crime I supposedly commited. time senstive blah blah blah numerous calls completely absurd accusations. really annoying. MAKES ME HATE INDIANS. well, their voices at least. sorry. :]

This person called my sister first saying their names were Richard White and so****ing she couldn't understand.  They told them that it was a legal matter and to give me the message.  They then called me this evening saying their names were Eric Johnson and Rick Jones from ACS and that I owe $300 for a cash advance I took out in August of 2010.  When I told them they were full of sh*t and to try to file a lawsuit they s****ed cussing me out.

Recieved call from 'Matt'. Talked about a Payday loan supposesedly I took out in Oct of 2010. Told him I have not taken any loans out. Funny thing they still information of my former bank. That account was closed about 4 years ago. Told him he had the wrong person.
