please put these people in jail. they have tried to compromise my accounts, by acting in the Microsoft aspect. This man has actually tried to sent my money to ****a, & to India today. My banks have picked up on it. Accounts have been c****ed.. The FCC needs to get on this ASAP. If they don't I will take it upon myself to s**** action.
received call just now ..caller id said "ACS V EXPAN". Do not know this caller and did not answer. They of coursei did not leave a message. From experience when no message is left, it is a spam or scam call. We only answer calls from people we know or expect a call from.
Just got 2 calls from "John Kendall" via 347-753-9068 claiming he's from Microsoft and wants to help me "fix" my computer to rid it of a virus that's sending errors to servers. Obviously, this is a scam, but some will fall for it because: 1.) they don't know any better; 2.) the DoNotCall List doesn't work, nor are there fines for scam artists; 3.) your Congressmen and Senators don't really care about plain old citizens getting scammed (so when he calls back, give him the phone numbers for your Congressmen and Senators); and 4.) the current Administration isn't prosecuting those who break the law anyway. So what are we to do? Simple! When Election Day comes to your State, vote A***NST every in***bent politician on the ballot. Get rid of every career politician and replace them with anyone else who can breath - - we can't do any worse than what we have now, so VOTE A***NST ALL CURRENT POLITICIANS THROUGHOUT THE USA! Let's get some elected employees who can do their jobs instead of the incompetent wingnuts we have now. Pass this on, and VOTE A***NST EVERY POLITICIAN ON THE BALLOT - - NO RE-ELECTIONS IN 2014! We can fix it by installing competent people in government; not by letting retired-in-place career politicians take our money for their pet projects and foreign aid giveaways. By the way, I had my phone tapped by my former employer so the next time I receive a call from 347-753-9068, it will be traced within 60 seconds, even if they're hopping the trunks and using phoney numbers.
Said I have a windows virus from my computer. I listened and questioned him (he had Indian accent) and then said did he even know what kind of computer I had? I told him he was an idiot because I have a Macintosh and I am not running windows. He called me a ***ker and ***g up. Guess they can't take criticism.
Lady, with very heavy accent called with a refund, I explained that I have not purchased anything for a refund and politely ***g up. She called back and asked "Why you ***g up, you no want refund?" I asked to talk with a manager or supervisor. A man got on the phone and began berating me for not wanting my refund and not wanting my new car. I politely asked to be taken off their call list and that I have not purchased anything. He ***g up. This is probably the twentieth time I have received a call from these people, I answered this time due to, I do not have an answering ma****e, so have never been home when they have called in the past. Yep, they are scammers and the sad thing is that I almost recognized the mans voice from some blocked numbers I used to receive last year about viruses on my computer and about having won a sweepstakes. I have to wonder if they are piggybacking onto the phone number that shows up, because I seriously doubt that they are even in the country.
My Caller ID says the call is coming from John Kendall. I received several calls while I was out, but they don't leave a message. Tonight, I answered the phone, and the woman had a heavy foreign accent. She asked for me by name. She said she was representing a construction company and she wanted to know if we were planning any home repairs or projects and that they would give free estimates, etc. I told her we weren't interested, and I asked her to remove our number from their list. I received a call last week saying that my Computer was sending error messages to Microsoft and the man wanted me to go to my computer so he could help me fix it. I told him I wasn't interested. I guess this is the same group trying different kinds of scams.
"John Kendall" robo spamster nuisance call, did not answer the pests, but bet they'll call a***n!

Received 2 calls from this number both were scammers stating my computer was sending Microsoft error messages and to purchase their utilities to fix my "computer errors", at which time I informed them that I work in IT and my computer is running fine, got screamed at in Arabic and ***g up on. Wow!
