Ive recived many calls from this company used my checking information to write a check for themselfs,claming they got information from a loan application they took money out of my account then claimed they gave me a loan i never recived they call treating to sue me,ive tried contacting them and its all **** dont know what to do to fix it

I received a threatening voicemail stating that legal action would be taken a***n my SSN.  I immediatly contacted the company and asked for Xavier, as instructed in the voicemail.  The gentleman on the phone stated his name was James and he was his supervisor and then proceeded to read VERY QUICKLY a "legal" do***ent that had all of my contact information and the names of some relatives as "references".  He kept telling me I had taken out a loan for $350 from Advance Cash America and if I did not pay immediately they would take legal action and that could cost me up to $5000 or more.  I asked for the companies information which he refused, just stated they were legal partners and they were a paperless company.  He refused to send me any information until I provided a credit card #, I gave a cancelled credit card # that I still had in my purse just to get the information.  Nothing I received from the company gave any claim origin information. And just to be on the safe side I checked all my bank accounts to verify that no deposits had gone undetected.  I found nothing.  When I called "James" back to let him know they could just take me to court he ***g up on me very angrily.  I have since contacted my bank and c****ed all of my information just to be on the safe side

The company is called ACS, it's a "SCAM", they have multiple numbers. They will call you with an international number +05249**** and pretend to be an attorney for ACS. They have an Indian accent, but have american names such as Jack Anderson. I called the number back, which is 347 844 6649 and requested to talk to Jack Anderson. Once I heard his voice and told me his name, I knew it was a fake name and requested for his real name. He got very annoyed and said "F*@K YOU MOTHER F*@KER" before ****ing up. SCAM SCAM SCAM

THEY SAID THAT I OWE SOME MONEY FROM A LOAN THAT I DO NOT OWE MONEY TO. THIS IS GETTING REALLY ANNOYING. THEY ALWAYS CALL ME AT WORK.

These people have been calling nonstop, they say I took out a loan and I have not. Reported them to my states FIU secret Service
