Renting a house but have to pay application fee before scheduling a showing
The initial message only said "Hello," and it was meant as a way to build familiarity before scamming. Beware.
Trying to rent out a house they don’t even know the address to that I found online. I figured out pretty quickly it was a spam number when I called it and it was automated asking for my name. The number texted me asking who I was and what I wanted. “No I’m not a scammer I’m real and legit” haha! Okay buddy! Scammer scammer scammer.
