I got a call from them also saying that legal action is being taken a***nst me for nonpayment of a payday loan. It has been the week from*****. They are not the only ones that contacted me. The next day, I got a call at work from a supposed lawyer saying that that they have an affidavit for me to go to court for this same issue. I have been resear****g and found out that this is all a scam!! They claim that they are representing LSO, a internet based loan company. However, I contacted LSo myself and they have no record of me having a loan with them ever.  Ok, so LSO has taken almost $1200 from my checking account, but I don't have a loan with them...what is this about?? I contacted the BBB and reported it last night. Then today, I read in my local newspaper that there is a company scamming people, threatening legal action a***nst you, and it is all a scam!! I'd like to know who got my hard earned money that they took. Apparently, I am a victim of internet scamming and fraud.

We have been receiving threatening calls from this same number. They claim that a family member took out a loan and didn't repay it and now they are wanting us to repay it or they will bring charges a***nst our family member. It is all bogus a real lie.  They have strong Indian accents and claim to be in New York. The problem is they have enough personal information to make them look credible and that is a little scary. We do not know how they got that this information.

Wow.. These people have been harassing me for a couple of weeks now with the same thing.... I wasn't even working at the time that they say I got this internet payday loan...  They have all my information and that is really the scary part....  Now they want me to give them authorization to take $350 from my account for monies I never asked for or recieved.

We have been receiving these calls too.  Indian accents with american names.  Very rude, yelling screaming at us. Telling me I'm gonna get thrown behind bars!  Calls every 5 minutes.  I spoke to an attorney and they state that this is a bogus phone number.  When we asked for a contact phone number 1 person named "Sam Adams" a***n strong indian accent...gave me 1 number then transferred me to "Kevin" and he gave me another number.  We tried to call the number when we were on the phone with this person and it went to a prompt to enter a PIN.  The area code is from Ontario and they state that they are in New York.  These people were very rude.  We recorded by video the phone conversation.  They state  that I got an internet payday loan and I never did!  The scarey part is they have my bank info!
