I got an automated voicemail to call in reference to file no. I called back in Jan said it was Greenwood and Allen calling about a payday loan and If I don’t pay I’m going to have criminal charges a***nst me

Claimed I was named in as a respondent in a file and I had taken out a payday loan and owed $1,500+ and they were going to freeze my bank accounts...yada yada yada yada. I ***g up, so they texted me with aggressive language. I have NOT taken out a payday loan in the last 15 years! He called from another number right after I ***g up twice.

I was named as the respondent in an important time sensitive matter. Used my maiden name

Idk if this is a legit company

He told me I had a collection on a credit card, give him 1700 dollars he could make it go away in an hour, then he said it would be 2100 and then said I’m the state of California it would be 7800 dollars and my bank account would be frozen and then he hung up on me when I didn’t come off with the 1700. They sent an email but when I look up the collection agency Sure Recovery Solutions in Sioux Falls Sd nothing shows for it.

She said I took out a loan and she was the 3rd party collection agency when I asked for the mailing address she didn’t know it. She wanted me to verify my social. And when I told her No. she hung up in my face

they have been charged with an important matter that requires immediate attention

She claimed that they were going to issue me a subpoena if I didn’t confirm my iden***y. I wouldn’t so she said to expect a subpoena and ***g up.
