a man has called me at least 10 times saying that if i didnt return his call then everything would be in gods hands now he says that the state department has my house under survellience? He says his name is Sam Matthews he has even called my work. everytime i try to return his call it goes to an answering ma****e what a scam trying to threaten people into paying money they dont owe! Wish so****ing could be done about this a******!

A guy claiming to be a Patrick Williams from Law Enforcement Florida, called me on Nov 9th 2009 around 4:45pm and threatened to send the cops to my house if me or my husband refused to pay back a loan(??) taken from a company called "Cash In Advance". He had a distinct Indian (gujarati) accent and kept getting rude and threatening when I asked him for more details about this "loan". Total nonsense and completely outrageous, since we do not have any loan from anybody. He gave me his badge id (629) and some case number also.

This person called 4 times, and left a voicemail to call back else face consequences. Stated that he is calling from the Law Enforcement Department Florida. When I called him back, he stated a case number , and s****ed readings some stuff as if he was reading a summons or a case history and s****ed asking questions. When I confronted him with questions relating to his id he gave me a badge number 619 and told me his name was Sam Matthews. I have contacted the local Police Dpartment and am initiating action a***nst this person.

Caller said his name is Sam Matthews and that he had a case file and that I should call back. On asking the details, he just kept threatening that a legal case has been filed.

I received a call from a person calling himself Bob Smith and Bob Matthews (called on two different days) he was claming to be a collector from a Bahama's based company called BMG he threatened me saying that I better call him back regarding a debt or he will not be responsible for what may happen to me personally. He and his****ociates have also called my parents threatening them at work and he also called my Mom who is employed with the STATE OF CA he left a voicemail on her WORK PHONE ( I thought WOW that is ***ve!). I in turn called the IRS, FBI, FCC, My Bank, Social Security office, Local Authorities, Credit Bureau's (Transunion, Equifax, Experian, Homeland Security (if anyone needs the number) please contact them directly @ 989-497-0580, and finally a Local TV Station that is now investigating the situation. This was very odd and scary for myself and my family but I did call the number back and let them know that I did have the my local law enforcement looking into the situation as well for my family's protection. This was outrageous that these people had so much information. I do not know where they got it from as I went back to investigate my history to make sure I did not have anything outstanding as I DO NOT! WOW....ya know!

Threatening me with a law suit and possible arrest if I did not contact them back. I called them back and was yelled at and harrassed and threatened. When I asked for their address, I was given an apartment number. Very odd for a law enforcement agency to be working out of an apartment. I then asked what the call was concerning and was immediately put on hold and the "Chief", Tom Michaels came on the line and s****ed being overly aggressive (to put it mildly) with me as well. I a***n asked for his address and he skirted around the subject. I then made him aware that there was a whole website dedicated to complaints a***nst him and Sam Matthews and he immediately ***g up on me. It was very interesting that I could not get out of him exactly what he wanted. He just kept shouting out case numbers and that I am a defaulter.

This number was used in a scam, these people are not law enforcment officers that they claim to be. Overseas scam to send info or money.
