Female caller saying she was responding to a Form I had completed in October for Benefits****istance. Said she was willing to come to my home to help me find out what Benefits she could****ist me to obtain. I told her I did not complete any such Form. She tried to befriend me by saying it was alright as she had trouble remembering things too. She wanted to come out to my home on a Sa****ay.

After doing some sear****g on other reverse calling sites, the telephone number (352) 390-0797 came in as an AT&T LANDLINE IN OCALA, FL, belonging to Sheila Everett. No address or other information.
