He is supposedly an ‘officer’ with CID = Criminal Investigation Department (whatever that is!) and supposedly recovers funds from fraudulent scammers online from romantic scammers on dating sites. He is 83, in or near Old Town, FL sick in some hospital. I believe he’s a scammer because I gave him over $3k for nothing.
