I missed a call from this number, Google Voice recognized it as a "Know Spammer"

Called me. I answered. It was Charlie, mentioned the call was recorded, and that he was calling about the Daily Jackpot and asked if I wanted to be entered into the $2,500 jackpot. I said no and that I wanted off his calling list. He said it would be noted and bid me a good day.
