Called at 4am in the morning, did not say a word. Calls every day at different times of the day for 1 year now.Sometimes tries to sell magazines, another time, time share.Told them to stop calling to no avail

This number has been appearing on caller id for at least 2 years, usually in the middle of the night, sometimes more than once per night.  Phone company says they can't do anything about it - they tried to call it but couldnt' connect (b/c its a fax!).  I've reported it to www.donotcall.gov a zillion times.  Nothing helps.
