calling from 340am to 5am this morning and s**** a***n 655pm...

calls every night three or four times

This number has called us many times and ****s up as soon as we answer. Makes sense that it would be the schools as our child has been ill for several days. I've received the recorded messages before so it sounds like maybe they're having trouble with the system

Yeah, seriously. So they call you like 12-13 hours after they were supposed to, and they won't even leave a message. How convenient is that?I wish people would put some more thought into "some" systems when they create them.Help us God.

Yes it is the Alachua County School system letting you know your child was absent. Here's a question though... wouldn't it be better if 1). they left a message and 2).you were notified THE MORNING of the absence in case so****ing happened to your child on the way to school? The world is a scary place and there are a lot of ******s out there. Makes a bit more sense to me.

This number called me about a dozen times while I was in a meeting tonight.  When I got home, I called it back and found it to be the Parent Link for the Alachua County School system, so it was probably to inform you that your kid was either absent that day (like mine was this morning) or some other generic school-related question.  I'm not happy that they insisted on calling so often, it was pretty annoying, but I'm glad it wasn't a stalker!
