I have been getting these Type of phone calls also and yes I did have an outstanding payday Loan, buf I told them that it was paid off a couple or weeks ago. I do not answer furor phone calls anymore.

I have been getting the same amount of calls everyday i just do not answer anymore but when I did they have said the same thing that I have read in this post, and it is getting very annoying does any body know how we can do so****ing about these people who obvious have no lives and have nothing better to do than bother people that have lives.

This is a company that has asked me many times if I had payday loans and every time I tell them no, they automatically ask me a second time so then I tell them I have no f***ing payday loans to stop calling me, but by that time they **** up on me.

Well looks like i will be contacting the BBB ON these****holes!!!

These people have called me 21 times today s****ing at 8 o'clock this morning. I've answered about five of them and they all always **** up

These people have called me 5x already today. Every time they have asked for a different person--NONE of which live here. They are rude!

Called and asked for someone I don't know, and were rude about it.

All of posts I have read;I too have had the same experience. They are asking for my sister who lives in CA claming about a loan/debt. I have told them muliple times wrong number yet they still call! Is this a Verizon issue? This s****ed today and I have had over 50 calls-I am not exaggerating!!!

I have been dealing with these people for 1 year now. LITERALLY. Probably longer in all honesty. They keep asking for Sarah. I don't even know who that is. They will NOT give up. They may disappear for a month, but they're back at it a***n, calling 15-20 times a day. I have tried every possible reaction I could think of: anger, being polite, threatening to call the cops, telling them they're a shame to con-artists... As I write this, I am getting another pestering phone call. They think that swit****g up their phone number will make me turn around and accept their "services"...after a year of ignoring them. The National Do Not Call Registry is of no use, either. Oh.. and they send text messages. Sometimes they call so often, that my battery becomes drained 2x quicker than usual. Super SUPER ANNOYING.

They call constantly, s****ing at 5am! Sometimes the number is different or there's no number at all but it is undoubtedly the same person on the line always asking for "Shandra" about pay loans. No matter how many times I tell him there is ***ody here named Shandra, he continue to call! In fact, one time I was in the midst of explaining it was the wrong number, the phone beeped and he was on the other line!

I to have received numerous calls from this number about pay loans. First it was my loan has been accepted. Now it is that my loan is past due and if I don't pay men will come to my home or work and **** me (the guy goes into details). He has a thick Indian accent, refuses to give me his name, has given me 5 different pay day loan companies he works for, used several different phone numbers, and it is without a doubt the same guy each time. I am listing the phone numbers he has called from (via caller id) so you guys can pre block or be aware and I am also listing the loan companies names he stated he works for. Good Luck I've been dealing with this for two days now s****ing at 5 am. Also since it went to the **** comment I contacted the authorities and they suggested that if I do answer the phone ask them for their DCA# (department of consumer affairs license number) this should cause them to **** up or if they are legit which I doubt will have one then you can write a complaint.
