I am Det. Doug Kazenksy with the Longview (WA) Police Dept.  The phone number 360-200-1072 is a Longview prefix; however, the phone call is actually originating out of India.  I am currently collecting information for a criminal investigation.  If you receive a call and/or threats from this phone number, please file a report with your local law enforcement agency and have them contact me at 360-442-5825.  The case number is #L09-5823.

called saying he's going to send someone to me at3:30pm today, put a woman on the phone threatening me about a payday loan (do not have one

Received a call from a man with a heavy accent.  Didn't see the calls come in (received 3 calls in 10 minutes).  The first message was being left then he inturpted the message and it "sounded" like he was contacting somebody who knew me, he was then yelling and badgering the "person" who he was talking to, saying that the authorities will be there in 30 minutes, all while still leaving a message on my phone.The second message (2 minutes after the first one) was very threatening, saying he hopes for my sake I call him back.The third call there was no message left.
