This is a scammer pretending to be a business. I called them a couple times. When I asked if they were scammers, the guy got mad and slammed the phone down. I called back and asked if they were a business, Rick acted all serious and threatening and said they were a pre-litigation company. They're bogus and try to be intimidating. Don't fall for it.

They pretend that you have a credit card account with them and that while there is no issue with your fake account this is the "final notice" to get a lower interest rate
