I got a call from this number on my ****** Mobile cell phone. My number is very new, and no one except friends have it--plus Google via the Android system. I've got a few apps that could theoretically grab the number and do so****ing with it, but all seem to be respectable apps.

I just got a phone call from these people, and as soon as I asked how they got my phone number they ***g up.  We've only had this number for about a week, the only people that have it are family and close friends.  As soon as they  ***g up on me I googled it to find multiple postings about this number.  Seeing that the others were comcast customers as well, I called comcast.  They****ured me that they do not hand out numbers and put our number on the do not call list.   This is really irritating that they say they don't give out numbers, but it seems to be all the same people(comcast customers) who are having these complaints.  I guess if this continues, we will cancel service.

Telemarketer

This number kept calling, so I finally answered just to tell them to cut it out. After I answered, a recording said that they were experiencing a high number of calls, so they put me on hold! After a few more seconds, Then I heard nothing but silence.

So called AMVETS, call all hours of the day, even after 8:30pm, we've recently got Comcast about 2 1/2 weeks ago and these people have been calling ever since!  Won't take no for an answer, told them we are on do not call list, they don't seem to care, tried to file a conplaint on do not call list, but haven't been on the list for 30 days yet, so it won't let us file.  I too think Comcast sells numbers, becuase we have had several other calls like this since getting this number and it is supposed to be unlisted!  ughhhh..
