Called as "card services"...did I want to lower my interest rate? The guy had a heavy accent. Very obvious right away because they didn't use a name of one of my cards. 2 weeks ago I had gotten a scam call from "microsoft technical department" could I log onto a special website to fix the virus on my computer" so I was extra su****ious. So this time I cut right to the chase and asked the guy where they got my number...he said 'from the trash' and they ***g up on me.
