Got a call today!!! Can't these calls be stopped. I'm on the do not call list!!!
I seem to get my "third and final notice" to reduce my credit card rates almost every day from these people
this is a flagrant violator of the federal no call law and I have filed multiple complaints about this company to the FCC. The company will not stop calling you which is a direct violation of the National no call list law that is currently in force.
they claim to be a third party who can reduce your credit card interest rate. Based on the fact that they will not stop calling you even if you try to get them to do so, I would not trust this company with any information about me. They have called you numerous times and with you call I am mediately file a complaint on the company.
it seems to me that's their intention is to call and harass you endlessly until you take up their services. I am about ready to start filing complaints on the company with my skates Consumer Protection Agency as well as with the telephone service provider that I have.
I received a call from 360-322-6687 stating that they were with Card Services for VISA/MC.
I contacted the FCC at 1-888-225-5322 and reported the incident stating that the telemarketer was in violation of the "Do Not Call List" (https://www.donotcall.gov, which you can also find by Googling, Do Not Call List) that I have been on since 2012. They provided me with the link on their website where I filled out an easy complaint form at http://www.fcc.gov/complaints (you can also find this link through Google). FCC will also take your complaint over the phone (or in writing) IF you cannot complete it online. The FCC will do an assessment and will determine if the telemarketer was at fault in contacting me and can fine the telemarketer for a penalty of $5000.00. This is NOT an exaggeration as you can find this information on their website or you can call them at 1-888-225-5322 to confirm this.
In addition, you can contact the FCC and file a complaint even if you are not on the "Do Not Call List" if you are getting repeated calls from a telemarketer after you have told them not to call you.
You can also contact International Telcom Ltd at 206-479-5200 to inform them that their customer, Credit Card Services is making unwanted calls to you and they will investigate.

Callers get Paid by the number of CALLS and or actual CONTACTS that they Make !
So that is why these Maggots keep up the RELENTLESS Calling and Calling !!!
And we wonder WHY We have a TELEMARKETING PROBLEM ???
I think the callers should be made to give US Their personal HOME phone numbers... so we can PLAGUE THEM as they do US !!!!!!
caller id said "card services." this is a telemarketer violating federal law because they are selling services and calling numbers that are registered on the federal no call list. They have a very poor business model because when you transfer from the robocall to a live person and say anything that does not indicate you want their services, they immediately hang up on you. Their number has been added to the call blocking device attached to the phone and a complaint has been filed with the National no call list since my number is registered with them. Had they updated their no call list per federal law requirements, they would not have called my number in the first place.

I have already wasted my time checking caller Id ... I find this the perfect opportunity to vent .... have fun stringing them on etc .... wasted time = loss income
ALSO .... I called the Service Provider - International Telcom Ltd - Address: 417 2nd Ave W, Seattle, WA 98119 Phone:(206) 479-5200 ... I told them their client/customer is harassing me - they have the ability to stop this by not allowing them phone services ... since they chose money & turn a blind eye to the harassment reaped on public - I will continue to call them each & every time I receive this type of phone call. I harass the providers since they allow this bullsh*t. If more people would demand the provider take responsibility for allowing that telephone # to harass - remember... it costs them money, if their staff & lines are tied up with your complaints,
I file complaints to the FCC - BBB - Atty Gen (State & Federal) & every politician I can
I write 1 document & attach it .... I file against the tel # & the service provider
Remember, put pressure on the providers - they have the ability to discontinue services to these spammers. BE HEARD
