scammer saying there is a lawsuit a***nst me by the IRS for some tax issue. DO NOT call this number back or give them any information. The IRS will ALWAYS send a hard copy letter for any communication with taxpayers.

They told me I have a warrant for my arrest for back taxes owed in the amount of $5000. I told them the info they wanted (fake of course) and then told him I was in prison for ****** and would have to call him back because my visitation time was over they ***g up ??. OBVIOUS SCAM!!

AN INDIAN GUY TOLD ME THAT THE IRS HAD FILLED A LAWSUIT A***NSTS ME THAT I HAD TO PAY 2000 DOLLARS TO RESOLVE THE ISSUE. I ASKED WHY THE IRS NEVER SENT ME A LETTER THEY ALWAYS DO HE SAID THEY TRIED TO CALLED ME BEFORE AND WHEN I TOLD THEM TO REMOVED MY NUMBER FROM THEIR LIST BECAUSE I KNEW IT WAS A SCAM HE PUT ME ON HOLD . ON MY CALLER ID I SHOWES AS 'SCAM LIKELY"

Indian accent saying that they gonna send a warrant for tax evatuon, and i was like go ahead you have the address right? He then s****ed giving me some information as to why he doesn't have it and what not... I ****ed up , but now im worry about my freedom :(

She identified her self as Rose with the IRS employee with Batch #797112 who as soon as I said that I was calling the IRS she proceeded to **** up with no delay.

They threaten that a warrant is in process and that they are the IRS. The location ofthis number is in Washington however IRS never calls you they send letters. Possible Scammer
