called from 360-355-9520 caller id says washington, stated he was calling from my local court house and advised me or my attorney to call him back immediately. I called only after finding the information on this site and let him know I would report him if he ever called me a***n.

Received a voice message from a Kevin Brown. Company American Legal Process. He left a message saying that there has been a suit filed a***nst me and that if I did not return his call by the end of the day that my social security number would be blocked. He had my full name and address as well as my telephone number.

called and said I had a payday loan out from an online company and that if i did not pay I was being sued. I called the caompany myself and there is NO record of me ever having a loan let alone owing money to anyone. The company said that they've received several complaints about false companies trying to get information and money out of people.

Received a call from a man named Tim Payne (unsure of spelling)saying that I owed $299 to a company called Cash Advance America. Said his company was "Federal Investigation, Legal Department". Tried to get me to make a payment & threatened with lawsuit. I asked for him to send me so****ing in the mail so I could verify this info. He refused. I said I wouldn't make a payment, that this didn't seem normal legal procedure to me. Asked for a number to the original "Cash Advance" company. He gave me:

I recieved a phone call from this man as well claiming to be carl hooper and saying my ss number had been blocked and i had a lawsuit.

His name is Bill Luke, but he has many different names such as, "Carl Hooper". He pretends to be an investigator working for a law firm to collect debt or a court processor, a detective, or a police officer. He is a criminal who contacts people through iden***y theft (He steals social security numbers or some other personal contact information). He has a middle eastern accent and tries to force people to pay him money because they owe some sort of debt. Don't do it! He is a criminal. If he has contacted you, report him to the local police department or you can report him to your Attorney General and their will be a warrant out for his arrest, I am in the process of getting that s****ed as of right now.
