This is a scam call. The IRS NEVER contacts you by phone. Also a lawsuit by the IRS would only occur as a,last resort after many meetings. ERASE THIS MESSAGE AND NEVER RESPOND.

Same as the other commenters. A lawsuit in my name. I never heard the IRS part because my answering ma****e cut off the beginning of the message, but it's a scam for sure.

I got a call from this number and it leave me a message about an IRS law suit. I am not aware of any issues i have with the IRS. This is a scam.
