Spam- no way to speak to a person on callback

They wanted me to lower my interest rates on my credit cards and I should tough 1 to talk to a rep. I did and s****ed to tell her not to call anymore and she ***g up on me.

Easy way to make them stop calling, works 95% of the time. Use your computers on board voice to record message. They hate the voice and usually **** up. Tell them that you don't answer calls directly and that all calls are recorded by a computer to filter spam. Repeat offenders will have a call trace run on their number. Apologize that this is the way it has to be from know on. No message no return call no exceptions.

No voice message left on answering ma****e. SOP at this house is to let all calls go to answering ma****e.
