This is a for sure phishing attempt. An unidentified credit card company saying that I can lower interest rate. Be very aware of these types of messages

Seems to be a phishing expedition - they claimed to be able to lower the interest rate on my (unspecified) credit card - tried to scare me by saying that this was my last chance -

"Heather from 'account services.'"

Answered... Automated call stating that I need to call them if I want to get my credit card interest rate lowered. Did not what credit card company they were supposedly calling from though.

No message. Didn't pick up call.

I did not answer the call and I do not have voicemail set up on my phone (for this reason) so they were unable to leave a message. I called the number back blocking my phone number and it went to voicemail. The recording said you have reached "light duty 2".

Called at 1:37pm EST, no message

Just received a call on my cell phone from this number. I refuse to answer numbers I don't recognize, and they didn't leave a message.

I received a call from this number 1:35 pm EST at 11/27/13. I didn't pick up and the caller didn't leave a message.

Called at 10:21 AM MST 11-27-2013, missed call. Called back and no answer, mailbox full.
