Got another call from this number.  Comes up as ACE Industrial.  Big surprise!  These folks are verrry persistent.  They have been reported to MN State Atty Genl/Commerce Div as well as the FTC.

I am a service writer at a repair shop. Telemarketer called, asked to speak to service manager. I told him he could talk to me; apparently he didn't want to, as he ***g up on me promptly.
