I think this is "google ad-words". If you have any active vids on google, they probably want you to pay in order to promote your vid's.

When I get a call that isn't in my phone book, I google the number to see if it's a spammer. If so, I view the number in Recent Calls then select "Add to existing contact", select "Do not answer" as the name, and then select "Done". The next time they call, "Do not answer" tips me off.

Caller ID is the best invention since sliced bread! I haven't had to listen to a telemarketer/spammer since I got it. The DNC list didn't work, just got me MORE calls. This particular number is very similar to another spam number that called (6130 instead of 6136), and originated from the same location. I just don't answer numbers I don't recognize, and if they don't leave a message (most don't) there's no way I'll call them back. Sure get tired of hearing the phone ring, though, and I wish I knew a way to stop them.

Never do I pick up a number I don't recognize. If they don't leave a message, I always go and do a reverse phone look-up for this very reason. Scammers, spammers!

This is a phishing scam. Report these people immediately to your local district attorney and the Federal Communications Commission (FCC). What they are doing is highly illegal and a violation of several state and federal laws. Since we can't ***** them, sending them to jail would be the next best thing. If they call and you speak with them, do NOT give them any personal information, but milk them for everything you can find out about them. Then report it immediately. These crooks move quickly and often. I've gotten calls from Seattle, New York, Detroit and now St. Louis.

This has got to be one of a kind! Where do I report this????Received a call w/ recorded message about credit card, then pressed 1 to tell them to respect DNC list. The guy answered w/ :"Credit Card Services" and I told him I was on DNC list. He then said, and this is a quote: "I am going to f..k your p...y so hard you're gonna love it and keep asking for more". These people need to be reported to police in Marysville and I will do it. Any other suggestions deeply appreciated. This is simply unbelievable!

They call me constantly. I dont answer because I googled them after the first call and know they are a scam. They got my 11 year old niece on the phone thinking it was her mom and after a minnute I turned on the conference call mode to see why she looked so odd and frightened. THe man was getting off talking filthy to her and trying to get her to buy *** toys.He asked how old she was and when she told him, it got so filthy I was shocked. You could tell she was a child on the phone. SHe was so confused and scared she didnt **** up. I grabbed the phone and s****ed to get info to report him when he laughed and said thanks for the thrill, I love talking ***** to a kid! And a few other things I wont repeat on a website. They are pedifiles. Block them. Do not allow your children to be exposed to this filth!

Got a call wanting to lower my credit card rate to 6%. Complete bull. Asked to be put on do not call list and was ***g up on. If you are already on the do not call list make sure and report these s***bags.

Go to the federal dnc web site (www.DoNotCall.gov) list, file a complaint and give as much info about your call. File a complaint for each time they call so there is a good stack of evidence. 1 or 2 people filing a complaint might not get any action, but 1,000 - 2,000 complaints probably will. Also, call Verizon and tell them what these ******s they're doing.

I have also recieved numerous phone calls. I answered this one to get them to stop calling me. It sounded like they were having a party in the room. The person answering was laughing with others in the room more than she was speaking to me. Like with the others, she refused to say what company was calling and was rude when she realized she would not make any sale and ***g up on me.

I have gotten numerous calls from this caller and they want very personal financial info but refuse to identify the company or who the caller is. I think this is not only a nuisance but actually****entially dangerous. The claims to lower interest rates are completely bogus ... These people must be breaking some kind of law even if it is just the calling in spite of a no not call request in place.
