Got another phone call (11:10am) from an out-of-state number that I didn't "know" or recognize. I didn't answer, but looked up the number here. They left no message. I am on the National Do-Not-Call List, and have been for over a year now. (I guess this is our government at work for us.) A***n, I'm going to http://www.fcc.gov/complaints AND to https://complaints.donotcall.gov/complaint/complaintcheck.aspx and see if that can get the government to work for me, and stop these calls. (Yes I will a***n go through all those steps.) We should all pile on. [I have also bookmarked these URL's.]

This caller doesn't have a name, I****ume. But I still get several calls a day on my CELL PHONE!! Wonder if AT&T DOES sell information...because NO ONE has my cell phone number except family members!!! So **** MAD. Called AT&T - of course, they claim that they don't sell our phone numbers. I just reported the number on the do not call registry. Maybe this will help.

Every time I answer this call, I hear: "Hello this is Tom from Home Protection, how are you today?" It keeps calling and never answers back when I talk (asking to stop calling).

This number keeps repeatedly calling me stated that his name is Tom with some home security company. I have gone through the "prescreening questions" three times now to finally speak to a human being to inform them that I am being harassed, two of which occured within 3 days of each other. Each time they tell me they will put me on their Do Not Call list and then rudely **** up on me as I am trying to explain that they are constantly waking me up everyday due to the fact that I work 3rd shift. If someone knows how to formally complain about them to get these calls to stop, the information would be greatly appreciated!!

I get calls from these 360 numbers all the time.

I would like to know if anyone knows how to file a formal complaint.

I s****ed getting these calls shortly after I upgraded my AT&T phone.

I have recieved several calls from this number on my cellphone. Also I've got calls from several other telemarketers recently. I bought this cellphone a few weeks ago at Walmart which re-newed my AT&T contract. I feel either Walmart or AT&T has exposed my number that I have had for four years to telemarketers. This number is on the National Do Not Call list.

I am having the same problem as "Sandra". You can call the number back and you are asked by a recording if you would like to be removed from the call list, but they still continue to call atleast 3 times a day. I have filed a complaint with the no call list, but nothing has happened. This has been going on for a few months. Not sure how they even got my number.

I keep getting telephone calls from this number and would like to know who it is and would like the calls to STOP!!

This number keeps calling my son's phone. I called them back from a land line to have a talk with them and no one ever answer. I have placed my son's number on the do not call list, and as a parent this is not making me happy!

Non-legit telemarketers call the do not call list because they are unethical *******s. It only costs $50 to get the list. This ******* has been calling my cell and my business for over 6 months, both of which are on the do not call list, from multiple numbers. He seems to c****e his number every month or so...what a ******

I have placed myself on the "do not call list". Same day, I received numerous other spam calls. I continue to report this number to the do not call list and about an hour after I file my complaint, they call a***n. Is the do not call list for real. I think it is a link to the spammers. How else do you explain this sequence of events?

Tom from "Home Protection" called and just kept repeating his name and the "company" name on my voice mail. No other message.

Calling my cell phone, insisting that I take their "offer" for security system. I have a security system and I live on the East Coast, why are they calling me from the Olympia, Washington area?....Extremely rude male on the other end of the phone. I **** up on him once, and today I ignored the call. Someone please tell me how to stop them from calling!

I have asked this company to stop calling me TWICE already. I am on the Do Not Call Registry, and have been for ages. They keep calling my business only land line and cell phone, both of which are registered state & national and neither of which I use for ANYTHING on the internet. I don't know how they got my number, but they have one more time to call before I fill out a complaint at www.fcc.gov/cgb/complaints.html. Won't be the first time I have reported a company for repeatedly calling a registered number even after being told to stop numerous times, and I'm sure it won't be the last.

10/14/11, Caller stated he was with a company who primary business was reducing peoples CC interest rates. Wanted to know How much CC debt I carried.

I got a phone call today from 253-246-8543 saying they are looking for a few houses in my area to install a free home security system. I said no thank you and ***g up. 2 minutes later I get a call from 360-529-6199. The guy s****ed the conversation the same way and sounded exactly the same. He informed me I filled out information online to futher my education. I said no and ***g up. No one has called me back (yet). ***stly I think its a scam and that they want some personal information!
