Beginning of message is cut off, but it is a automated message that says to call them back before legal action is taken. I see from other comments that this has been identified as an IRS spam call.

They said I need to settle with them before they proceed any further with legal action that will allow them to take my property

they left a message that there was a warrant for my arrest I told them what was it that they wanted and how i could solve this problem they asked for my full name and address my social security I told them that I worked for the IRS and that i was going to have them checked out first and as soon as I said that they ***g up I guess im not in trouble with the IRS ........SCAMMERS

they claim the IRS has placed my bank account on hold and to call this number to talk to an IRS agent. Obviously this is an illegal call and the people should be arrested and locked up in Federal Prison

Block any calls coming from 360-550-9382 The IRS does not notify you via voicemail.

Said they were going to take my property, etc. if I didn't get in touch with them. The IRS never contacts you first by phone - always sends a letter.

Just adding that the call came in as a "Private Numer." It is an automated female voice trying to sound very authoritative, threatening and firm, claiming to be from the IRS. BEWARE!!!! Block all "Private Number" calls so the best they can do is leave a voice mail, if anything.

Ditto to everything above. Call and report them to your local authorities. Elderly and shut-ins are extremely vulnerable to calls such as this and they often cannot differentiate between a scam and a legitimate call. Their loneliness also makes them more willing to engage in conversations and be easily duped.

Received a call from femail stating she was from Irs and there was arrest warrant for me and hey are monitoring my physical property

Phone message saying there's a warrant issued from the IRS. IRS website clearly states that they do not call with information like this.
