They are ARS National Recovery Services. One of the most disreputable zoo of bottom-feeders in collections. They couldn’t care less if you owe them a dime or not, just as long as they can scam you into paying on illicit accounts.  We got a call from these s*** bags last year looking for someone who never lived at our number and deliberately garbling their messages (when they even leave one) to sound like “IRS” is one of their favorite nasty tricks to try and scare the***** out of people into paying on debts that aren’t their own or ratting out family and friends they can’t find.  (It is important to remember that real IRS employees NEVER identify the agency by it’s initials and always send a statement by mail about any tax issues.)  These colectiod vermin need to have the real IRS sicked on them.  As many illegal collection tactics as they use, it’s a safe bet they cheat on their own taxes as well.  Don’t answer their calls or fall for their bull, they specialize in expired, bogus or legally-uncollectible “Junk-Debt” and couldn’t care less about the law as long as they can get away with breaking it.  They also use all kinds of s**** numbers to mask their caller ID signal, so the location is bogus too. When they called us, they used “Barring Wa”, like Skykomish,  another tiny one-horse town in the Washington Cascades with no collection companies within miles.  We reported them to the Wa. State Dept. Of Licensing and the FTC. The cowardly punks backed off and we never heard from them a***n

This is a debt collection agency. Their voicemail message was trying to trick my wife by saying that she had a special prize waiting for her and to contact them as soon as possible. I called the number back but blocked it (*67-360-587-4105). When they answered I heard this "You have reached customer service, how can I help you?" I stated that I had missed a call from this number and was asked "What was the number that we dialed?" I said "Why would you need to know that?" and he replied "to look up your information." I than asked what type of busy are you in, to which he replied "Were trying to reach someone about a personal matter, thank you have a nice day" and ***g up. Very sneaky collectors these days.

Called 8:05AM on Sa****ay. So likely not local in 360 local area.Caller is bill a collector of some kind.  Looking for old room mate.

This call came right when I was making a bid on ebay (DSL line). The bid failed to go through.

Got a call from  3605874105 with a caller id of SKYKOMISH. Don't know anyone in Skykomish so didn't answer. Have no idea what they wanted.

Received a call from (360) 587-4105 on 7/7/07 at 10:41am PST.  I don't answer unknown calls on my cell phone and they didn't leave a message.  I didn't return their call.
