the call identifier is customer service without the name of the company. I've blocked the number and they still seem to be able to call.... I recieved a robo call that states press 1 for a represen***ive and 3 for do not call me. Well I don't know what 1 or 3 will do so neither was pressed. I Did report it to the national do not call list. The best thing to do if you don't recognize it on the phone i.d. or in an email. spam it. delete it. report it.

they constantly call.my home phone told to stop they con,?,tinued anyway. the next time they called asked to speak to a supervisor and it disconnected (this has happened 3times). twice I held on to listen today the menu and it says to discontinue calls press 3, this also does not stop the calls.

They called me stating they are calling from **** bank regarding my credit card. He said he could lower my interest rates and before he could ask me my credit card details, I asked him my balance amount I owe on my credit card. As he couldn't come up with the right numbers, I asked him a***n from where is he calling. He ***g up stating he got a wrong number.

Robo-Called my unlisted number. No one answered. Called back and used their opt out feature; and the number blocking feature on Home Verizon.

BEWARE! EVERYTHING ABOUT THE CALL FROM THIS NUMBER SCREAMED 'SCAM'! I was contacted by a robocall from this number. It merely said that it was 'credit card services' and that I was eligible for a lower rate if I pressed 1. I tried it, and it transferred me to a man with a heavy accent claiming he was calling about my Chase card, but could not tell me which one (I have a Chase Visa, btw). He said my balance was well over $3000. I said no...it was more like fifty dollars. He then ***g up. When I tried to call back, I got a robot voice saying it was an automated 'opt out' number mandated by Federal Law. I followed the prompts and it said that my number was removed from the list. I would wager, however, that if I had expressed an interest in whatever ***ue services were being alluded to by the 'operator', then I would have been asked for a lot of personal information (e.g. social security number, credit card number to 'transfer' the balance, etc). I would advise anyone a***nst dealing with a call from this number.

Same information as Johan. A recording (woman's voice) said she could lower the interest rate on my credit card. She never said which card or company she was calling from. I filed the number with the DO NOT CALL REGISTRY
