I answered the phone and they asked for Carolyn. I knew immediately that this was a scam, so I called them a scam and quit calling this number and asking for Carolyn. Since no one by that name lives here, of course they had nothing to say and ***g up.

They said my service would be interrupted/disconnected but didn't say what type of service except to call the billing department/disconnections department.
