has called 9 times this morning. no one on the other endcall back to busy signal

i got a call from this number and tried to call it back and it busy

Called and asked for my wife by her maiden name then asked if she was using a computer with windows. Did not speak good english.

Got a call asking for Mr. Nickerson from 3607130993.  I asked who he was because his English was his "second language" and he said he was from Bank of America, and he was holding a large cashier's check.  I told him that since he was holding the check in his hands, to whom was it payable, and he said, "To Mr. Nickerson" and I told him he had the wrong number.  Then he said, "Isn't this Vancouver?" in broken English.  Then he wanted my address and I ***g up on him.  Limited tracing shows call originated from downtown Portland near SW Park and Alder.  Another call and I will call police because he must be running a version of the Nigerian internet scam.  He is****ociated with other 360-713 numbers too.

My boyfriend got a call from this number at his work. He answered with his first name the caller asked is this "so n so" and said my bf's first and last name, my bf said yes and then the caller ***g up. Number is either fast busy or will not go through...weird!
