The most rude, unprofessional reps I've ever seen. They can't do there job and just **** up. Why? I wish they were my reps, I'd fire them all.
Received recorded message offering lower interest rate, 6.so****ing, on a currently held credit card. Supposedly from "cardholder services". No mention of which card or what type. Supposedly my last chance. Ultra bogus.
