I got a call from this number this morning stating that my home was in foreclosure. I****ume the company uses a database regarding individuals who have specific subject related information. It then compiles the list to call individuals connected to the phone number in question and sends out an automated request. This morning, the call made to me regarded foreclosure. It definitely is a scammer of some sort. Looked up as much info as I could and got lots of leads that pointed to Broadwing Corp. a company that rose and fell, hard overnight. The founder, David R. Huber obviously got greedy and when the company fell, he resorted to s***bag money making via telemarketing scams. I will be reporting this number as well as making an FCC complaint. I'd also like to add that this company has had a longstanding number of negative marks on it's record. A class action lawsuit was filed in the mid 1990's and cost the company big bucks. If you want to hit them where it hurts, make sure you report the number to the NDNC as well as the FCC. The more complaints found in the database, especially the FCC, the better the chances of forcing this company to go bankrupt. In the long run, we as a united can bring down the one who is not! Still resear****g and looking for more answers that will help to better identify the culprit behind it all and so far, David Huber will be hearing from me.

Cannot call the number listed. you neef to call the phone company in Washington. Only they have the power to shut of. Just say your rights as a consumer has been violated and a report has to be filed.

I received a call, did not recognize the number, so let it go to voice mail. 360-722-5910 was what showed on ID and this guy said he was in the loan work out department --with no company name given-- and was calling about my "property". He then proceeded to give this 714-882-5075 as the number to call him back. Oh, and he said his name was Edward Burns. Chase ALWAYS identifies themselves so this was not Chase but some sort of SCAMMER!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Please persue this investigation as I understand from looking this up online this is a very much repeat offender!!!!!!!!!!!! This same number has called over and over a***n over the last month or so at varying times of day or evening but usually they do not leave a message. Please have them cease and desist!!! Thank you.

Area code 360 covers large area of Washington state. It has nothing to do with Impact Settlement in San Diego. The post ********* Impact Settlement was wrong and vindictive. Impact Settlement is an honorable company. I just spoke with them. The number 3607225910 leads to a data mining outfit that can probably pull up stakes and relocate to anywhere within 15 minutes. They setup mass autodial messages designed to scare the***** out of people and that is 100% illegal. Their customers are loan sharks and 3rd rate boiler room finance companies - most of which operate illegally and are based in foreign countries. They may even be scam artists. The phone companies are wholly negligent for allowing these people to setup numbers without more proof of who they are and what their intentions are. Next time you get a recorded call telling you you're in default, take the time to listen to the message. Follow the instructions to speak with a person. Play the game with them. Try to setup a meeting with them, or get their physical location. If you can get that far, bring the police and your attorney. They personal injury award will be enormous and most attorneys will take the case on contingency. Happy ***ting

Called at 9 AM, left no message.  I basically don't answer any calls if I don't see a known caller ID name.  If they want me they can leave a message.

I received three callls from 360-722-5910 within about 40 minutes. They left no message, but I did a lookup and it said Broadwing Comm., Marysville, WA. I've looked them up before and the address is the same but they use many different numbers. I've seen many other names also, MIK Co. and the above post says Impact Settlement. Is there any legal way to address this? They waste my time and my resources especially if my cell phone is used! Maybe a class-action suit?

Has dialed me randomly for the past 6 months from different numbers. I am on the national do not call list but they keep trying. If you hit "0" it ****s up. If you call back, it gives you an option to be taken off their call list, but they never follow up... Big time spammer!

Tried to call them back to get my number off their call list. Got another call from them not even 5 minutes later. Seems there is no way to talk to someone, as the call back goes right to a voicemail.

Unknown Caller ID.  Did not answer and they did not leave a message.  I have now blocked this number thanks to the comments above.

Su****ious number on my cell phone that has a link to the s****ing of my metro pcs phone for****ential illegal purposes and may be related to the hacker break-in of my home computer & fraud of a bogus check sent to my address as well as the s****ing of my landline and verizon cell phone. I have reported this to the FCC & FBI.

Don't answer- recorded message keeps going and you can't call out on your phone for awhile!I had an emergency and could not get the recorded message to stop playing.  I kept ****ing up, and when I picked the phone up to use it the recorded message was still playing....it kept going.  My cell phone does not work and I had to go to my neighbors to  use the phone!

Received robocall on 3/8/10 at 3:30 pm (PST) from 360-722-5910 which shows TFZ on caller ID.  Did some checking and this number originates from Marsyville, WA.  The recorded call asks if help is needed with credit card debt and to press 1 to connect with a live body.

Trying to capitalize on Obamas farce credit card programs. Do not answer a call from this number.
