They are a legitimate debt collection agency. Dynamic Collections.  They collect on medical bills.  I have a payment plan with them.

I got the same Johnson person calling me but she went by Janice. The call i got was about unpaid medical bills

I received a call from "Gina Johnson" asking me to call her back.  No idea who she is although I saw online that it was a debt collection agency.  Have no idea why though

I just received a voice message (screened the call) from a very aggressive sounding female identifing herself only as "Hilary". I bit the bait a half an hour later and called the number to hear an auto message that sounded quite fake "hello, your call may be monitored. I ***g up and searched the number online to find others have received calls from this number

Caller left a voicemail for me to call back at this number, (360) 748-1683.In voicemail, she identified herself as Renee Johnson, not Kylie Johnson.
