they never say anything, but keeps calling

I keep getting calls from (360)812 numbers. The latest 4 digits c****e, but it is usually a young man with an American accent. I auto block and they call back with a slightly different number! Always say "This is ---- with gifting, can you hear me?" I do not answer Yes, but ask not to call a***n or **** up.

When answered silence followed by recording. ***g up after one sentence. I get calls from this number multiple times per week.

i receive between three to nine calls with numbers s****ed to return to towns locally. i have been getting these literally since the beginning of the year. at first, i answered. either it was a bot harvesting live numbers, or someone reading a script beginning with 'this call is being recorded'. i just ***g up.
