They call every 40 minutes! Even on Sunday! I've already made my missed payment & they won't stop! Not that it's a person, it's a robocall that puts you on hold.

They also call me continuously.  I have refused to make any further payments to them because the work they financed on my kitchen was not finished and the contractor has filed for bankruptcy.  They can call you and take a statement but when you call them, they say that you have to send your response in by a fax.     I sent a response to them by fax and they sent a letter to me saying that they needed a copy of estimates to finish my kitchen.  I just received the letter from them last week and work out of town and have not yet had a chance to get the estimates.  They continue to call daily from different numbers.  I guess they do not communicate between their different departments.       They also call from 515-331-9421.     I have considered calling a lawyer and consulting with them on this manner.

They've called me 27 times in the last 3 days, according to my called ID. I missed my payment because were without power due to a major windstorm so I'm not able to get online to make it. I'm on my phone right now but I can't make payments on it and they charge $15 to do it over the phone.
