THey asked me if i was the resident of a different house hold, then ask me what my birthday was.

Attempt to collect on a debt

Same as above. Don't answer.

They mentioned my name and asking if I am available and I said this is me. And say thank you and **** up.

Its a debt collection agency.

New my full name. Asked for my birthday, last 4 of social security number, or apartment number to confirm I was the correct person. Told them I was not comfortable giving out that information. They offered to mail me a letter to explain who they were and why they were calling. I said mail the letter. I presume you have my address? They said yes. I said mail it.

They said they were looking for me and then asked if I was that person. When I asked them to identify who they were they said they couldn’t until I answered if I was the person they were looking for. They rattled off the name of their business really quickly and when I asked them to spell it for me they ***g up.

Just another major scam

They said they were a dept collector. They asked for my name, address, and Birthdate. I politely told them I don't give that information to people I don't know. I have no outstanding debts.
