got a call from 361-2980019 dont worry its not a friend of family its a some bs telemarketers

got a call from 361-2980019 they left a message in spanish said they were a doctors office calle them back they said we're sorry you are only allowed one entry per phone number

I answered this call b/c it came from an area code I have family in. No person ever spoke on the other end after about 5*****os. I ***g up. it happened today.

keeps calling but never leaves a message ...................returned the call privately and the message i received was " we're sorry you are only allowed one entry per phone number"? *** does that mean
