They are a collector just dont answer and just block number pretty soon they run out of ther many numbers they use to call you on so just block and report as spam.......

The first time I received a call from this number I answered it. At first, I was prompted to wait on hold for the next available representative. Once someone finally came on the line, they claimed to be a bill collector for someone I’ve never had a debt with. They call me at least 2 times a day, They even call on Sunday, which in Texas is illegal…..
